This is a short-sleeved pullover from Earth Music & Ecology. The sleeves have shirring (elastic) and are cute. It has been worn to some extent, so there are some pills and a feeling of wear, which is why it's offered at a lower price. It doesn't stand out at a glance and I think it's still wearable.
