This is a Dean & Deluca mug and a mini tote bag. The mug is likely a Victory Mug, but the handle shape seems different. It's quite old (over 15 years?) and has been sitting in the back of the cupboard. There is dirt on the bottom, water stains, scratches, and uneven glaze from the manufacturing process. It seems to be no longer sold, so I would be happy to sell it to someone who is looking for it.
