Size is 14 cm. As shown in the 4th photo, there are a few minor scuff marks. They are not very noticeable, but please understand this before purchasing. Easy to put on and take off with Velcro, and a lightweight, easy-to-wear design. Recommended for summer outings, nursery school, and for use at the pool or water play.
