Prior to listing, the knife was re-sharpened by the manufacturer. It has a sharpness like new with hand sharpening + water whetstone. I do not have specialized knowledge, so if the photos and description differ, please prioritize the photos. The dot part of the handle is also clean with no dirt buildup, but I would appreciate it if you would purchase it with the understanding that it is a used item.
