A set of two unbranded maegawara (front tiles) from Zuiho. Maegawara are used during the charcoal procedure (sumi-demae) to prop up the body charcoal and round tube charcoal, shape the ash, and prevent the charcoal from rolling. I previously listed a set of 7, but since maegawara don't need to be kept together, I'm relisting them in a more manageable quantity. *I have included photos of both sides of the two tiles. There is a small chip on the edge of the front side of the unbranded tile.
