The lower part of the boots from the ankles down is leather, and the upper part from the ankles up is made of woven fabric, a mix of different materials. They are breathable, so you can wear them all season. You can wear them as short boots by zipping them up, or as folded booties by unzipping them. They show some signs of wear, but they are still in good condition.
