This is a Dreamcast controller. I've used it a few times since I bought it. Since the operation hasn't been confirmed, please consider it as a junk item. Memory card not included. There are no button depressions or visible damage to the cord, and it appears to be in relatively good condition. There is some discoloration on the back L button, likely due to aging (see image 8).
