I have read it. It comes with a clear file. There are no cutouts, etc. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item or are very particular about condition. Immediate purchase is welcome. It will be placed in a plastic bag, reinforced with cardboard, and shipped in a new envelope.
