I purchased this here, but after trying it on, I preferred the feel of the one I already have, so I only tried this one on. It has been used. Of course, there are no problems with its use. I think being able to put luggage under the seat is a strong point. I personally used a hip seat that doesn't hold luggage but has a firm cushion on the part that hits my lower back, so I felt a little lacking in cushioning.
