Download the app and follow the instructions. Turn on the Pechat by pressing and holding the power button. You can use it by connecting your smartphone's Bluetooth to the Pechat. I bought this because I wanted to see my child's surprised face when their stuffed animal started talking. After purchasing it, I read the instructions and only tried it out once, but I never actually used it and kept it carefully stored away. The main unit, outer box, charging cord, and instruction manual are all included. Operation has been confirmed. This is an old model, the first generation, so I think it's a rare item.
