I received this from an acquaintance a while ago as a used item because they "didn't wear it," but it didn't fit around the waist, so I haven't worn it either (´；ω；`) It's made of a smooth, flowing fabric, and has a light, fluttering flare that catches the wind. I can't find the size tag, so please refer to the measurements in the photos to determine the size. There is no stretch at all, but there are holes for a ribbon at the waist, so while you can't expand it, you can cinch it a little.
