Please check the internet for detailed usage instructions. I believe I purchased it in 2022. I felt that there were many manufacturing scratches from the time of purchase. Please understand that there may be dust and cat hair that has gotten in through the gaps. I have disposed of the packaging, so I will only ship the nail clippers.
