This was purchased at a Disney Resort. It was originally a set with a bib, but the bib has been used, so only the headband is for sale. The headband is unused. The neck part is elastic, so I think it can be used for around 1-year-olds. It will be sent in a water-resistant bag via anonymous shipping. If anyone is interested, please feel free to purchase it.
