This is a set of the later model SUREFIRE L1-HA-WH LUMAMAX and the F05 red filter for use in the dark. It has a two-stage dimming switch. Press lightly for LOW mode, and firmly for HIGH mode. By tightening the tail cap, it can also be set to constant-on mode in the order of LOW → HIGH. The head side is E-series compatible. Low mode: 10 lumens / 16 hours High mode: 65 lumens / 1.9 hours Built-in boost circuit DC converter maintains initial brightness until the battery is almost dead. Test batteries are included, although the remaining charge is unknown. The F05 red filter has one side of the flip-up tab shortened to improve fit when stored in the holder. Also, the corners have been rounded off to prevent injury. The circle on the lens (image 18) is a mark made by the heat of a 300-lumen light from another light. There is no effect on use.
