This is a light, off-white chiffon skirt. I bought it at a department store and have only worn it once, so it's in good condition. I tried to wear it again recently, but it was too small. It has been dry cleaned. Measurements (laid flat): Waist: Approximately 31cm Length: Approximately 72cm
