This is a black, 100% cotton dress with white dots. The neckline isn't too low, so it can be worn to create a polished look. I think it can also be used in place of a formal suit, by pairing it with a jacket or cardigan. It's not maternity wear, but it was convenient to use in my last month of pregnancy, so I recommend it for maternity wear as well. I've worn it 2 or 3 times and have home-laundered it.
