(There are model numbers A3939011 and A3939012, with A3939012 being the newer one.) If you have the earlier model A3939011, pairing and charging will not work. You can also check the model in the Soundcore app. The case will not respond even if you put the earphones in if you have the older model earphones (versions 2.61 or 5.61). It should work with A3939012 (11.xx). !!! Please do not purchase if you cannot confirm the version. !!! This is a case-only sale. Earphones are not included. Please check the condition in the photos. Although cleaned, there may be some remaining dirt. I have confirmed that the lamp lights up when the charging cable is inserted. I have not confirmed whether it is possible to actually charge the earphones or reset them. Shipping will be done by wrapping it in bubble wrap and dropping it off at the post. I usually ship on the same day or the next day.
