Since it's unopened, I haven't been able to check the contents. This is the rare set with the pink roof and yellow pot. Please be aware of any scratches, dents, or stains on the outer box. Due to the height (thickness) being at the limit, I cannot wrap it in cushioning material, but it's in a sturdy cardboard box, so there's no need to worry about it being crushed.
