This is a Noritake Royal Emblem teapot. The design is detailed and beautiful, and the gold trim is thickly applied, giving it a luxurious feel. There are almost no signs of use or water stains, and it is a clean item. When I filled a Noritake coffee cup with water about 90% full and measured the capacity, it held about 10 cups.
