This is a used item that hasn't been used much. You use it by holding the metal part with your bare hands. It definitely works. It's now expensive and has a name like a car, but it was originally sold under the name "Static Killer." The cover is discolored, but thanks to that, the main body hasn't aged. It has been wiped with ethanol.
