This is a Japanese-made instrument by the now-defunct Fernandes. It is a precise copy of the original B.C. Rich. It features a through-neck construction for excellent playability. The mini-switches allow for series/parallel switching and phase switching of each pickup, tonal changes via the rotary switch, and the mid-boost of the active circuit is still fully functional. It has a powerful sound, but it's well-balanced in a good way, making it a bass that suits any genre. As it's a so-called "variant shape," there are some edge dents. Also, there is yellowing overall.
