This collar is made of stretchy material, so it's not likely to be a burden. However, my pet wouldn't wear it... They only wore it once. It's just the string; no bell or other accessories are included. The clasp is a safety buckle that releases when strong force is applied. The length can be adjusted by cutting and tying the ends of the string. Adjustable up to approximately 30cm in length.
