This is a reversible cap from Montbell. I'm not sure of the material, but it feels like a smooth polyester. There's a soft wire in the brim. The size is about 50cm (can be adjusted slightly at the back). You can wet it and wear it, and it's versatile for sports, the beach, rivers, and camping, so I bought it for all three of my kids.
