This is the Barbie Malibu House Dollhouse. While there are many compact Barbie dollhouses, this one is relatively large, offering a more engaging play experience. It's also designed to be stored compactly, making storage easy. Photos from image 9 onwards are actual photos of the item. The items included are those in image 16 plus one more orange chair. Dolls are not included. I bought this for a birthday, but my child didn't play with it much...sad face. It has been left in the corner of a room, so there is some discoloration due to sun exposure. Please check the images for the pink exterior walls, which show sun damage (images 18-20). The inside is in good condition, so it shouldn't be a problem when playing, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such issues. The item has been played with by a child, so there may be small scratches that I have overlooked. I am selling this with no claims and no returns, so please feel free to ask any questions if you have any concerns. The part of the roof that turns into a bed (image 17) is stiff to insert, as it was from the time of purchase. I contacted the manufacturer, and they said it's not a defect, but the design. I purchased this for nearly 30,000 yen.
