Vintage Koguma Tamiya 1/12 Marlboro BMW R80G/S w/ Paris-Dakar Rider This is a plastic model kit of the Marlboro BMW R80G/S, the winning vehicle of the 1985 Paris-Dakar Rally, which secured BMW's fourth overall victory in the Paris-Dakar Rally for two consecutive years. This is a very rare, original Koguma Tamiya kit released in 1987. It's a full kit that recreates the pipe frame and engine, and the modeling captures the atmosphere well, including the puffy look of the rider's suit. The decals are yellowed and it is uncertain if they can be used as is. The package has age-related wear and tear, such as wrinkles, scratches, yellowing, and stains. Due to the tobacco logo issue, a re-release of this kit is unlikely, so how about it for those who have been looking for it or collectors?
