It seems you can buy it on Amazon for 20,350 yen. I found it very useful because it allowed me to express milk at various strengths and types, and the way it expressed milk changed depending on how full my breasts were. It has been used, and the silicone parts are discolored due to aging because I often sterilized them with Milton (please check the photos). The included baby bottle has some areas where the markings have disappeared, possibly due to being sterilized with Milton. If you are concerned, you can buy a Mother's Touch bottle at a store and use it. Replacement parts are available from the official Pigeon website, and I have purchased and used them myself. I think there are different nipple sizes depending on the baby's age, so I will not include the nipples or teats for hygiene reasons. You should prepare your own. Everything in the photos is included.
