I intended to restore it myself, but I had to give up due to illness. It seems the shade got dirty or damaged a long time ago, and I kept putting off repairing it. This is an antique lamp that has been in the family since the time of my great-grandparents, and it has a very nice atmosphere. I don't know when it came to our house, but it's been here for at least 60 or 70 years. It gives a British impression, but I don't know which country it's from. ⭐️ Contents Ceramic Lamp Base + Metal Support/Shade Holder + Power Cable ⭐️ Size (approx., cm) Height 28.2 Shade Holder Diameter 18 (Measured by an amateur) ⭐️ Voltage The power cable is marked 250V, but the plug is for Japan. Replacing it with a commercially available metal-shafted bottle lamp kit would make it compatible with the current Japanese voltage. ⭐️ Shade Missing You can place your favorite fabric shade according to the size of the shade holder (ring). Shades can also be custom-made. ⭐️ Repair I think the internal structure is simple, so someone familiar with electrical appliances might be able to repair it. It might be easier to replace the whole inside, such as inserting a metal shaft from a commercially available bottle lamp kit from the bottom. ⭐️ Condition No cracks, chips, or stains on the ceramic part. The exterior is clean, but there are minor damages in areas not usually visible: Slight discoloration on the inside of the metal shade holder. Rust on the metal fittings at the bottom of the vase. The power cable and ON/OFF switch have some minor scratches and discoloration, giving a vintage feel. The switch part can be bleached if removed. The photos are taken before cleaning.
