This is a padded vest (chanko) for pets. There are no tags, but it is new and unused, and has not been tried on an animal. It is not a DAISO product. It was purchased at a pet shop. Please check the size in the images. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned, as this is a personal inspection and storage.
