It was worn once outdoors and tried on indoors about twice, so I think it's in a clean condition without any noticeable stains, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned as it is a used item. I was planning to have her wear it again this year, so I bought the next size up, but my daughter's chest is a bit thick and it didn't fit, so I'm sadly putting it up for sale.
