This is a genuine leather long coat I purchased at a vintage shop several years ago. It has a double-breasted button closure and a substantial weight. It's also windproof. It seems it was previously used for horseback riding, as it has strings at the hem. It has been dry cleaned, but as shown in the photos, there is some wear on the hem strings and the leather has some characteristic scuffs.
