Seiko Quartz Wristwatch 1428-0080/7321 Ladies - Junk Item Clearing out personal belongings. I've had these at home for a while. I tested them with new batteries recently, and the 1428 didn't work. The 7321 is running normally, but the hands are misaligned. Therefore, I'm selling them as junk items. Time adjustment with the crown is smooth on both. 1428-0080 The exterior has some minor scratches on the case, but the protective sticker on the back cover remains, so it's in relatively good condition. The glass has minor scratches, but they are not very noticeable to the naked eye. As shown in the photos, the 12 o'clock index on the dial has come off and is rolling around on the dial, but the rest of the dial is clean. The original band had deteriorated, so I disposed of it. It seems to have been a genuine Seiko band, and I kept only the buckle. The width is 9mm.
