These are magnets with a u1/4 camera screw hole. The strong magnets are covered with silicone. MAGCON has a North pole. MAGCOS has a South pole. Due to the strong magnetic force, they attract each other and don't mind even a slight wall... The magnetic force is just right for small items like 38 lights.
