It's a black down coat. The lining has polka dots and is cute. You can tighten the strings on the collar to cover your neck and stay warm. There are belt loops, but no belt. It's not very noticeable, so I don't think it's a problem. Also, the brand tag is slightly discolored, but otherwise, there is no noticeable damage.
