This is an original carbide triangular scraper from our workshop. The length before sharpening is 30mm. There are two types: the right one in photo 1 has a shaft diameter of φ2 (actual measurement approx. 2.4mm), and the left one is φ1.5 (actual measurement approx. 1.9mm). This is a single item listing. Please determine the thickness and angle from the title. Image 2 uses φ2. Please note that the approximate length is 30mm. Unlike the standard basic scraper with a house-shaped blade cross-section, this one has a triangular pyramid cross-section with a 60-degree angle, making three edges, resulting in a cost-effective, low-cost scraper tip. The mirror finish provides excellent edge retention and sharpness. This is a versatile tool for chamfering and deburring plastics, modeling wax, urethane coatings, and even precious metals. Engraving scrapers are mainly used for polishing work, such as scraping off precious metals, but since it is a versatile tool, I made it for repairing the urethane coating on my fishing tackle. Made from the highest quality domestic carbide material, and sharpened by me, it is, of course, a purely domestic product. Please be aware that Chinese products are not only poorly made but also have poor carbide material. Notes: φ1.5 has a taper of approximately 15° and approximately 10° to ensure the blade length, making it unsuitable for use on hard materials such as metal. φ2 is approximately 20°, and φ1.5 is approximately 15°. The blade length is approximately 4mm for both (approximately 6mm for the approximately 10° in photo 1). There may be some individual differences in the diameter and color of the shaft. The length may be shortened to around 28mm due to sharpening. The tip is pointed, and especially φ1.5, the tip can easily chip if bumped. φ2 is close to the router shaft diameter, but it is not for use in a router or for scribing with the tip. Please use with caution, including wearing safety glasses, to avoid injury. This is a listing for the scraper tip only (cap not included). The items in the photos are not included; they are for illustrative purposes. Please note that there may be slight differences from the actual product due to the use of shared images. Please use a pin vise or other methods to create your own grip. φ2 is a bit thick for a 2mm core holder, but it may be usable depending on the object. We will address initial defects, but blade chipping or damage after use is not eligible for replacement.
