It's relatively clean, but there is some discoloration on the back of the ears, appearing blackish. There are also a few black spots. The images are difficult to see, but they are visible up close. It might be color transfer from the chain, but please understand. The silver chain shows some cloudiness. Due to its thickness, it will be compressed and slightly flattened for shipping.
