This is a flare skirt I purchased new about 5 years ago from a Primrose specialty store. The waist is fully elastic, which I liked, and I wore it every year and had it dry cleaned, so it feels a little loose now. Please see image 2 for the approximate size. Please allow for some error as it is measured by a amateur. Measuring around the inside of the waist, it was about 75cm. Since it's elastic, I think it will stretch a little more. I'm selling it because it no longer fits me size-wise as I've become thinner. As it is a used item, there are some pills as shown in the images, but there are no stains or tears. If the waist size is okay, I think you can still wear it. It has a lovely pattern, so I hope someone will use it. The material is 95% polyester and 5% polyurethane, as shown on the tag in image 9. It seems that it can also be hand-washed. It's a material that can be worn in winter. It will be shipped the next day via anonymous delivery using Yu-Yu Mercari.
