Gyuto knife, blade length 32.3cm, 294g. The spine is about 2.4mm thick near the top of the heel. It's a brand by Masayasu Yoshitomo of Kaji-cho, Chiyoda-ku. I don't know if he's still active. It's a right-handed single-edged knife, but the material is Japanese steel, so it's carbon steel. Blade oil is essential. It's a large size that can't be measured with a 30cm ruler. The blade width is also ample. The handle doesn't show much wear, but there are traces of a personal name engraved on it, so please check the photos carefully.
