The middle fabric is a light, thin, and smooth lawn fabric to provide moderate stiffness. The inner fabric that touches the skin is made of soft double gauze. It is a three-layer construction with stitching to prevent it from losing its shape. The double gauze of the inner fabric is also in a color that matches the lace. This is a handmade item by an amateur.
