This is a set of three items from the Japan Air Self-Defense Force: a folding fan, a coaster, and a mini clear file. The coaster has some minor stains as it was used (please see the photos for details). The folding fan is in its box, and the clear file has been stored in a plastic sleeve, so they are in good condition.
