GLOBAL WORK size M. It's difficult to see in the photos, but there's a small stain on the left knee area. I don't think it's very noticeable (see photo 4). Other than that, there doesn't seem to be any noticeable dirt. There's no lining, but the inside has a thin, brushed texture... it's a warm feeling fabric. So, it's recommended for autumn and winter. It's stretchy and easy to wear. I bought it last year or the year before, but it didn't suit me, so I'm selling it. Therefore, it hasn't been worn much. Please understand that this is a used item and has been stored at home.
