This is a gray long knit parka dress from Garland Ferris (ガーランド フェリス). The tag has been removed, but it's new, only tried on. It has slits on both sides. It looks great with leggings. I bought it in 2018, but I haven't worn it and it's been stored at home. I'm selling it now to organize my closet.
