Chignon ROSE BUD Rose Bud Select Brands This is a V-neck dress. Color: Navy The navy tone differs between the upper and lower parts of the chest. The upper part is a deep navy, almost black. The lower part has thin stripes. There are pockets on both sides. The ribbon in the center can be gathered tightly to create shirring, as shown in photo 4. The V-neck areas in the front and back appear to be made of thin, low-sheen satin fabric. The edges are unfinished, so there are some fraying parts, but I don't think they are very noticeable.
