This is a heavily modified Fender Japan ST-43, made between 2004-2006, in Lake Placid Blue. The pickups have been upgraded with a Dimarzio DP416 in the bridge position and Fender USA pickups in the center and neck positions. The DP416 reproduces the responsive early 60s sound. It features CTS pots, an Orange Drop capacitor, a Montreux 5-way selector switch, and vintage wire wiring. The bridge has been replaced with a Wilkinson model. It's likely that the modifications cost more than the original body price. There are few scratches and signs of use, and it's in very good condition.
