This is an obijime (sash tie) that was stored in a chest of drawers at my parents' house. It's a mysterious braided cord that I, being unknowledgeable, have never seen before. If anyone knows what kind of cord this is, I would be grateful if you could tell me. The width is about 0.7cm, and the length excluding the tassels is about 145cm. Besides being used as an obijime, could it be used as a remaking material or for cosplay accessories? Perhaps even a shoulder strap? Please use your imagination. I believe it has been stored for a long time.
