This is a break cue purchased as a used item. It has no wrap and the manufacturer is unknown. I purchased it because it was said to have a Kamui SAI tip. I didn't use it much and replaced it, so there are almost no scratches. As a "defective" item, there are two cracks in the ferrule as shown in images 4 and 5. There were no unusual noises or problems, but how about it for those looking for a replacement or repair base? Joint protector and joint cap are included.
