There is a fold in the corner of the package box from when it was opened. There appears to be an initial scratch near the manufacturer's stamp on the sole of the figure's foot. The head replacement parts are unused. The shipping label will be affixed to the manufacturer's shipping box in photo 4, and the item will be sent in that box. Please understand. Everything in the photos is included.
