It was eventually acquired by the brass instrument manufacturer C.G. Conn, and no longer exists. The 18-0 is Artley's last model from the 1970s (until the early 80s). Robust body Thick tubing, heavy weight (430g) Thick silver plating. It still has all the gold springs, which are now only used in high-end handmade flutes. As a unique feature, there are alignment marks engraved on the head joint and main body making it easy to fine-tune the joining position to suit yourself. Repaired as follows: ・Disassembly, polishing & cleaning (body & all keys) ・All pad replacement ・Overall pad balance adjustment ・Head cork replacement inside the head joint ・Joint adjustment ・Replenishment/replacement of missing/defective parts As is, you can play the lowest note to the entire range, all scales. Because it's a thick-walled silver-plated flute, it produces a pretty good sound. It takes time and effort, and at musical instrument stores and repair workshops, it's an expensive additional option, Polishing (usually 13,000 yen~) + cleaning treatment has also been done, so there is no strong dirt or smell unique to used flutes, and you won't get tired of playing it. However, for any reason, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs. Also, if it is confirmed during the inspection of the returned item that it has been tampered with (disassembled, etc.), parts have been replaced, or the condition is different from before shipping (such as damage obviously different from before shipping due to dropping, etc.), returns will not be accepted.
