I removed the tag, but it's unused. I haven't tried it on. Please see the photos for the dimensions. The outer fabric is like sweatshirt material, and the lining is cotton print fabric. It's for small dogs, but I think it might be too big for small dogs around 1-2 kg. I think it's suitable for small dogs around 3-6 kg.
