Purchased in November 2023. Used 2-3 times a week until just recently. - There are a few minor scratches on the main unit and remote control, but they are not very noticeable. - There is a 4mm scratch on the type-C to C cable (see photo 12). This cable was working until recently, but we cannot guarantee its functionality after the product arrives. We apologize, but please handle any repairs or replacements yourself. (If you need to replace it, it's a type-C to C cable, so a genuine one may not be necessary, but I haven't tested it, so I can't be sure.
