This is a cleaning tool that removes pet hair tangled in carpets, car seats, etc., simply by rubbing. Here's the design sketch from before. I bought it quite a while ago, used it, and then stored it in a dark place. There's a slight wear on the top part of the rubbing surface. There's no problem with using it. How about giving it a try?
